RD Specific Course

While many dietitians and dietetics students have taken our course for active women, our RD specific course is coming December 2018-January 2019. This course will cover similar content each week to our initial course, but our discussions and daily prompts will be more focused on how to aid clients and our audience in eating more intuitively for fitness. Topics will include common questions you may get from active individuals on fueling for performance, dieting and weight loss and how to answer those questions. CEUs will be provided!
